Positive: Extremely friendly and helpful owner, who quickly responded to all the request both before and during the stay. Perfect location, and private fenced-off parking space directly in front of the building. Spacious, clean and well-organised apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. An efficient but quiet air-conditioning, which helped to cope with heat wave on some days. Well-working wifi.
Negative: Noise till late hours from a nearby disco on (only!) Friday and Saturday night, but obviously nothing can be done about this.
